Camps, Milestones and Traits
- 1Learn FishingAsk a fishing trainer. There is one in each capital city, and one by the pond in Valanaar, the Skyborne city. Learning it also teaches Bait and Tackle, for placing Fishing objects at a camp.
- 2Equip a fishing poleBuy a Fishing Pole from the fishing supplier near the trainer and equip it from your bags. It takes both hands, and Fishing does nothing without it.
- 3Cast into waterFace open water and cast Fishing from your spellbook. When the bobber splashes, right-click it to catch the fish.
- 4Start in low-level waterHigher skill makes you more likely to land fish in higher-level zones. If your fish keep getting away, move to a lower-level zone or put a lure on your pole.
